Why This Role Matters

The Intern, Business Analyst will support the project team in delivering financial solutions, gaining hands-on experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The role involves assisting in requirement gathering, solution coordination, testing, and client engagement, while working closely with cross-functional teams. Interns will gain practical exposure to business analysis, project implementation, and the financial services industry.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Undertake project assignments together with the project team to deliver enterprise financial portal.

• Assist project team to develop business solutions for a specific functional area/module, to address client business needs, working closely with the Application Development and Web Design team to deliver the overall solution.

• Get real experience in project implementation - System Development Life Cycle by supporting project team in:

1. Gather and understand client business requirements.

2. Understand e-business best practices and apply knowledge to development of solutions.

3. Develop re-engineered business processes for the functional area/module.

4. Develop functional specifications for the Application Development team.

5. Coordinate with the Application Development and Web Design team to ensure solution is developed in-line with client requirements, according to defined timeline.

6. Present prototype to clients and identify issues and change requests to be addressed.

7. Coordinate and perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

8. Develop training and communication material for effective roll-out of the solution.

9. Develop, manage and monitor team work plans, priorities, deadlines and quality of work.

10. Learn and gain knowledge about the corporate banking, insurance, financial institution on their business and process flow.
    

What You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields, with a minimum CGPA of 3.20.

• Willing and able to work on-site at Damansara Uptown, Selangor.

• Open to travel as required.
