Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Specialist will engage customers in-store, understand their needs, demonstrate musical instruments and professional audio products, and provide product recommendations that align with their creative goals. Responsibilities include managing the sales process from initial contact to closing, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring accurate transactions and documentation. The role also involves maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with internal teams on orders and deliveries, and participating in promotions or in-store events. The Sales Specialist will support customers before and after purchase, provide basic product training where needed, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and music-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse customers, understand their needs, and provide professional, respectful support.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive in-store revenue, manage leads and follow-ups, and support sales targets and reporting.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to provide basic product demonstrations, guide customers and team members on product features, and support knowledge-sharing within the store.
• Relevant experience in retail sales, music or audio equipment, or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, including weekends or public holidays as required, and to collaborate effectively in a team environment is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for music, audio, or creative technologies and willingness to learn new products and systems will be an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional language skills considered a plus.
