About the Roles

Join the Marine/ Oil & Gas industry as a Storekeeper based in Loyang, with transport provided. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, offering a competitive basic salary with a variable bonus paid twice yearly and a regular weekday work schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pick, pack, label and check goods to ensure they are ready for delivery or export.
• Verify outgoing items against delivery documents for accuracy.
• Prepare goods for collection by customers and freight forwarders.
• Deliver and collect goods safely, ensuring Delivery Orders are properly acknowledged.
• Inspect incoming goods, equipment and packaging for signs of damage.
• Load and unload goods safely, including shipments received from containers.
• Support daily delivery planning and coordinate transport arrangements.
• Record warehouse stock movements and bin transfers accurately in the NetSuite system.
• Maintain organised storage areas, warehouse security and good housekeeping standards.
• Carry out monthly stocktakes and investigate any stock discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Nitec, NTC or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant warehouse and delivery experience.
• Valid Singapore Class 3/4 Driving Licence.
• Ability to handle goods safely and carry out loading and unloading duties.
• Experience with NetSuite or other warehouse management systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accurate records.

Experience:

• Class 3/4 driving license: 3 years (Preferred)
