About the Role
We are seeking a confident, engaging, and target-oriented Host Live Streaming (TikTok) to represent DACHIN’s brand portfolio in Malaysia. In this role, you will conduct daily live sessions on TikTok Shop Live, connect with viewers, present products in an attractive way, and support real-time sales conversion. You will collaborate with the live operations, KOL, and operations teams to ensure each session delivers strong performance, increases GMV, and strengthens brand visibility in the Malaysian market.
Requirements
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Kuala Lumpur with flexible working hours, with livestream sessions lasting approximately 4–6 hours.
- Have an intermediate level of English to communicate well since all of the recruitment processes will be conducted in English.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a strong on-camera presence with a cheerful, confident, and charismatic personality.
- Demonstrate strong persuasive selling skills and the ability to drive conversion through storytelling, urgency tactics, giveaways, and real-time engagement.
- Having a strong personal brand presence on social media is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Host daily livestream sessions on TikTok Shop Live.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote products persuasively to support customer purchasing decisions.
- Engage audiences actively through interactive ways such as polls, Q&A, gimmicks, giveaway to maintain high viewership and conversion.
- Drive GMV targets by applying effective selling techniques and maintaining audience interest, particularly on flagship brands and seasonal mega-campaigns.
- Think quickly and adapt effectively to audience reactions, technical issues, and changing livestream conditions.
