Responsibilities
Job Description
Ensure on time processing & delivery of customer’s orders to meet company’s target.
Ability to communicate with internal parties including Warehouse, Planning, QA and Production floor on daily shipment issues.
Ensure cleanliness / 5S in the warehouse area.
Initiate / improve current Process Improvement and productivity measures on quarterly basis.
Plan and schedule daily kitting of Work Orders / Sales Order to support production and overseas customers.
Receive incoming goods from suppliers, vendors, or internal transfers.
Verify deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
Perform any other duty as assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements
NITEC/ A Level / Diploma in SCM or Logistics – Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
Knowledge in courier booking (Fedex, DHL & UPS)
Familiarity with logistics and warehouse distribution preferred
Ability to organize own area of work and work independently with min. supervision
Requires both verbal and written communication skills
Ability to assume greater roles of responsibility
Enthusiastic, Motivated and possess “Can-Do” attitude
Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with the staff of all levels
Works independently and leads teams to deliver daily KPI
Strong Microsoft Office skill will be an advantage
Familiarization with Epicor/SAP/WMS/MRP is an added advantage
CHawk's core competencies are in low to medium volume plastic components in manufacturing and module assembly that serves equipment manufacturers in semiconductor, electronics medical, biomedical, solar, green energy, oil and gas, testing instruments and other industrial equipment.
Our manufacturing processes include plastic thermoforming (vacuum forming, pressure forming and drape forming), fabrication, hot gas welding, fusion and diffusion bonding, contamination free and high precision CNC machining (2-5 Axis), and chemical delivery system assembly.
