Our Management Trainees get attached to designated departments for on-the-job training and ad-hoc projects. Good performers get the opportunity to rotate among different departments and embark on a management career path in the next 2 to 3 years.
Job Description
- Receive on-the-job training in designated departments to learn about the work processes
- Assist the designated department in the day-to-day operations
- Conduct research on competitors and industry developments
- Carry out ad-hoc department-improvement projects
- Go through job rotations among departments
- Location: Pasir Panjang Head Office
Job requirements
- Fresh Graduate with minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Proactive with a “can-do” spirit
- Effective team-player with a positive attitude
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
