Job Summary

The General Operator supports daily food manufacturing operations by performing production, packing, and cleaning tasks in accordance with company procedures, food safety standards, and workplace safety rules. The role requires teamwork, discipline, and adherence to quality and hygiene requirements.

Job Description:

Production & Packing Operations

• Operate simple production and packing machines according to work instructions
• Assist in food processing activities such as mixing, forming, cooking, freezing, or packing
• Pack finished products according to specifications (weight, labeling, sealing)
• Ensure products meet quality and hygiene standards

Hygiene, Food Safety & Quality

• Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety rules at all times
• Maintain personal hygiene (proper uniform, gloves, hairnet, mask)
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment
• Report any quality issues or contamination risks to supervisor immediately

Safety & Housekeeping

• Follow workplace safety procedures and use PPE correctly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area (5S)
• Report unsafe conditions, machine issues, or accidents promptly

Support & Teamwork

• Follow instructions from supervisors and line leaders
• Assist other departments when required
• Support overtime, shift work, or weekend work as scheduled

· Participate in training programs and briefings

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic education (reading and writing ability required)

Skills & Personal Attributes

• Able to follow instructions and work procedures
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and in hot/cold or wet environments
• Good teamwork and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow rules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
