Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and stock issuance.
• Maintain accurate stock records, stock codes, labels, serial numbers, and warehouse locations.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly checked, documented, and recorded.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Manage reserved, project, demo, returned, damaged, and service stock.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, damages, and missing items.
• Organise and maintain a clean, safe, and systematic warehouse.
• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Accounts, and Project teams on stock requirements and deliveries.
• Ensure warehouse staff follow company SOPs and inventory procedures.
• Prepare stock and warehouse reports for management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, store, inventory, or stock management.
• Experience managing warehouse staff.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of daily operations.
