Key Responsibilities:
Support daily business operations across multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery

Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare clear, insightful reports for management review and decision-making

Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners to keep projects and deliverables on track

Assist in planning and executing internal projects and operational initiatives from conception through to completion

Identify process inefficiencies and contribute practical, well-thought-out ideas to improve overall workflow and performance

Maintain accurate documentation, records, and data entries across all operational functions with attention to detail

Participate actively in meetings, track action items diligently, and ensure timely follow-ups on all operational matters

Support strategic planning, budgeting activities, and business reporting processes as directed by management

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure operational requirements are met efficiently

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help streamline internal systems for greater organisational efficiency

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above

Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement

Driven, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
