Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse and operational activities
  • Supervise warehouse, drivers and operations staff
  • Coordinate manpower, delivery schedules and workflow
  • Monitor inventory and ensure operational accuracy
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness and compliance
  • Handle operational issues and resolve problems efficiently
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse personnel and management
  • Improve operational processes and productivity
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in operations / warehouse management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to start immediately is highly preferred
  • Candidates with experience in the cold chain / food industry will have an advantage
