Plan and schedule daily and weekly production activities.
Monitor customer orders and ensure on-time production and delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and QA departments.
Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available before production.
Update and maintain production schedules and planning records.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when necessary.
Prepare production reports and communicate any delays or issues.
Support continuous improvement in production planning and inventory control.
