Job Summary
Manage and coordinate training and union administration tasks, including registrations, billing, claims submissions, record maintenance, and communication to support company-wide staff development and union activities.
Responsibilities
Training Administration
Manage training registrations, enrolments, attendance tracking, certification issuance, and record maintenance for PSA and logistics training programs.
Coordinate PSA training session bookings and process monthly billing accurately.
Maintain up-to-date training reports, records, and certification renewal schedules.
Handle company-wide course registrations for HQ staff efficiently.
Prepare and submit NCF claims for PSA training and follow up on claim approvals to ensure timely processing.
Union Administration
Manage monthly union billing processes for SCEU and SPWU, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Coordinate UTAP claims submissions and facilitate union-related communications with employees.
Organize and manage the annual union gift collection process.
Maintain comprehensive union records and documentation for audit and reference.
Prepare, submit, and track CCP claims for PMET employees to ensure compliance and timely reimbursement.
Monitor absentee records and provide payroll support for trainees as required.
Manage stationery requests and control inventory to support office operations.
Support WICA case administration by filing claims and processing payment requisitions promptly.
