VACANCY: ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Puchong, Selangor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying consultancy

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Glodon

• Good attitude, willing to learn and take on responsibilities

• Able to work on-site in Puchong and manage tasks within project deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Quantity take-off and measurement

• Preparation of Cost Plans

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ)

• Interim Valuation

• Variation Order (VO) assessment

• Final Account

• Contract Administration

• Any other tasks assigned by superior

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
