Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, workstations, printers, and connectivity to ensure reliable system performance
  • Administer Microsoft 365 by managing user accounts, access rights, software licenses, and subscriptions to support secure and efficient operations
  • Provide timely IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues to minimize downtime
  • Deliver technical support for ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate enhancements with vendors to optimize ERP functionality
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and Excel reports to improve business process automation and reporting accuracy
  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes including account provisioning, access setup, and IT asset deployment to ensure smooth transitions
  • Liaise with third-party IT vendors for technical support, maintenance, procurement, renewals, and service issue resolution to maintain vendor relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, systems, and configurations, and recommend improvements to enhance IT operations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for IT enhancements, automation, and operational improvements

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration including user account management, access rights, licenses, and subscriptions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple IT issues.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Navisions / Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel for workflow automation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Experience managing software licenses, IT vendors, and third-party service providers.
