Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily e-commerce operations and online activities
- Update and maintain product and promotional information
- Monitor online performance and prepare basic reports
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Coordinate with internal teams on ongoing campaigns and projects
- Perform other related administrative and marketing duties when required
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
