Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and customer-focused Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade PCs, notebooks, and Mobile Phones and AIO systems while providing expert advice and support to customers.
Responsibilities
Diagnose hardware and software issues in Mobile Phones, PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems to ensure accurate repair solutions
Assemble and disassemble laptops and desktops to facilitate repairs and upgrades
Perform quality checks, quality control, and performance testing to verify repair effectiveness
Provide expert advice and support to customers to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
Maintain a positive work attitude with pride and a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks
Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training to improve technical skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Information technology, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Business Management, Economic, Digital marketing, etc.
Preferably with at least 5 years of experiences in the related field, with excellent sales and presentation skills
Personal experience with repairing computers to support hands-on troubleshooting and repair tasks'
6 working days per week, work on weekends and public holiday if needed.
Good command of computer operation
Proficient in using Photoshop and MS office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good command in English with excellent communication and writing skills
Highly motivated and is results-oriented
