RF Assembly Process Engineer (PE)

Molex is seeking an experienced Assembly Process Engineer (PE) , 負責 RF Connector , RF Cable Assembly , RF Module 等產品之組裝製程開發,改善與量產支援。

透過持續改善製程能力,設備效率,自動化導入及品質改善,提升生產良率,生產效率與客戶滿意度。

擔任製造現場與產品工程,品質工程及生產團隊之間的重要技術橋樑,確保產品穩定量產與持續優化。

負責 RF Connector / RF Cable Assembly 生產線 的 製程建立 ,優化,良率改善, 設備改善 ,NPI支援,自動化導入, 從產品試產至量產階段之完整製程管理。

What You Will Do ( Job Description)

• 負責 RF Connector,RF Cable Assembly 製程建立與維護 , 產 品製程穩定 。
• • 建立製程標 準
  • 維護製程能 力
  • 持續降低製程變 異
  • 提升製程穩定 度
• 分析 產 品品質問題並執行改善 ,運用 8D , Fishbone Analysis , DOE , SPC , Pareto Analysis , FMEA降低Scrap Rate , Rework Rate , Customer Complaint , COPQ 。
• 支援量 產 問題排除 ( Production Support ) : Daily Production Support , Line Audit , Process Verification , CAPA Implementation
• 支援新 產 品 ( Prototype Build , EVT , DVT , PVT , MP Transfer )導入
• • Build Preparation
  • Process Validation
  • Process Capability Study
  • Work Instruction Development
  • Operator Training
• 負責設備改善與效率提升 ,改善 OEE , UPH , Yield , Downtime
• 自動化治具開 發 與自動組裝設備導 入 ,目標 Reduce Labor Cost , Increase Capacity , Improve Consistency
• Documentation Control , 建立並維護 SOP / WI / Control Plan / PFMEA / Process Flow / Equipment Specification / Validation Report ,確保符合APQP/PPAP/ISO9001/IATF16949及其他相關品質控管需求。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Majo r in Mechanical Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering , Industrial Engineering

What Will Put You Ahead

• 2nd Language: English. Be able to join global meetings in English.
• 3~5年以上製程工程師經驗 ,具備 有Micro product assembly 經驗為佳 ( RF Connector , RF Cable Assembly , Precision Assembly , Electronics Assembly , SMT Assembly )
