Role: Technical Delivery Manager

• At least 10 years of experience in IT development project management , with expertise in Technical demand planning and delivery with monitoring demand and risks that may impact delivery timelines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
• Experience in alignment with business priorities across project lifecycle, effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders across internal departments and with external partners
• Experience in preparing and running cadence to present status, performance metrics, and management reports to senior leadership
• Good understanding of Architectural approaches, integration patterns, and open source/licence technology platforms
• Proven experience in developing and deploying software applications, including web/mobile applications, APIs
• Well aware of security best practices as secure by design, TDE etc and experience with security assessments
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization/orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Technologies as Frontend (ReactJS, Angular, Typescript etc), Backend (Java, Golang etc) and Database (Postgres, SQL Server etc)
• Experience with Infrastructure and DevSecOps for Security, Automation, Resiliency, Performance, Scalability and Continuous delivery
• Able to review Tech artifacts as HLD, LLD, Architecture etc
• Understanding of government projects and related compliance requirements is advantageous
