Job Summary
Serve food and beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining excellent customer relations in a fast-paced dining environment.
Responsibilities
Serve food and beverages accurately to customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction
Carry trays of drinks and up to three main course plates safely to customers
Maintain excellent customer relations by responding promptly and courteously to customer needs
Apply good customer service standards to enhance the dining experience
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members to coordinate service
Demonstrate friendly and energetic interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
Complete any other assigned tasks and duties to support smooth restaurant operations
Required competencies and certifications
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar food and beverage service role
Good understanding of Western Cuisine to assist customers knowledgeably
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proactive and visionary approach to anticipate customer needs and improve service quality
Other Information
Benefits:
44 hours work week (5-6 working days per week)
Meal and transport allowance (after 12mn)
