Kelayakan

• Minimum VOKASIONAL / DIPLOMA candidates are welcome to apply.
• Certificate in Mechatronic / Electrical & Electronic course will be an added advantage.
• Minimum one(1) year of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge of copier and printer technology, great analytical thingking abilities will be an added advantage.
• Possess and with valid license B2.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia language.
• Detailed knowledge of computer and copier management hardware, software and network.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.

Tanggungjawab

• Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical on-site support to ensure customers' satisfactions.
• Ensure the proper services, maintenance and repair of all copiers in the designated areas and such services to be carried out prompthly, efficiently and courteously.
• Ensure all service jobs are properly recorded in Service Report with all relevant infromation as requested.
• Require to install and setup Multifunction copiers printers.
• Experience in Rectified Minor/Major (Error Code)
• Experience in Related Fields would be an advantage
• Training will be provided.
• Perform other related duties as and when directed by Superior.
