- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
- Monitor project costs and variations.
- Prepare progress claims and assist in final accounts.
- Maintain proper cost documentation and records.
- Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by Management from time to time.
