Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, workstations, printers, and connectivity to ensure reliable system performance
Administer Microsoft 365 by managing user accounts, access rights, software licenses, and subscriptions to support secure and efficient operations
Provide timely IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues to minimize downtime
Deliver technical support for ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate enhancements with vendors to optimize ERP functionality
Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and Excel reports to improve business process automation and reporting accuracy
Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes including account provisioning, access setup, and IT asset deployment to ensure smooth transitions
Liaise with third-party IT vendors for technical support, maintenance, procurement, renewals, and service issue resolution to maintain vendor relationships
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, systems, and configurations, and recommend improvements to enhance IT operations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for IT enhancements, automation, and operational improvements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
Hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration including user account management, access rights, licenses, and subscriptions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple IT issues.
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Navisions / Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel for workflow automation, reporting, and data analysis.
Experience managing software licenses, IT vendors, and third-party service providers.
