Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional F&B Manager to oversee the daily operations, performance, and growth of multiple outlets under our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for driving consistency in service, maximizing profitability across all locations, and leading store managers to achieve brand excellence.
Oversee multi-unit operations
to ensure all brand outlets maintain consistent quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular site visits
to monitor store performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Lead and mentor Store Managers
, driving accountability and supporting their professional development.
Manage regional financial performance
, analyzing P&L statements for each location to optimize labor, food costs, and overall profitability.
Standardize operating procedures (SOPs)
across all locations to ensure seamless workflow and efficient brand replication.
Coordinate marketing and promotional strategies
across all stores to boost brand awareness and drive traffic.
Ensure brand-wide compliance
with health, safety, sanitation, and local legal regulations.
We're running Yeast side, bakery by day, craft beer and pizzas by night.
Our sister company runs Orh Gao Taproom. We're expanding quite abit in 2021 and we're looking for motivated and driven peeps to join our team.
You'll work closely together with the owners so theres quite a lot of learning within the company.
