About the Role
We are looking for a
responsible, organized hands-on HR professional
to join our team as an
HR Officer/Executive
.
The role will be responsible for the
full payroll process
, as well as supporting key HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, work pass administration and HR records. Youwill work closely with employees and management and have broad exposure to different areas of HR.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
full end-to-end payroll process
for Singapore and the separate
Chennai payroll, including
attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave and claims.
Prepare payroll reports, perform payroll reconciliation and ensure
accurate and timely payroll processing
.
Ensure compliance with applicable
Singapore employment, payroll and statutory requirements
, including CPF, SDL and FWL.
Manage
employee onboarding, orientation and personnel records
, including maintaining accurate HRMS records.
Manage and coordinate the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including candidate screening and interview arrangements.
Handle
work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related matters
.
Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support and assist employees and management with HR-related matters.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
or a related discipline.
Minimum
2 years of relevant HR experience,
with hands-on payroll experience.
Good knowledge of
Singapore payroll processes and statutory requirements
.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates who are immediately available or able to commence at short notice will have an advantage.
Salary
S$3,000 –S$4,000 per month
, depending on experience and qualifications.
