Full Time Senior Purchasing Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,000 in Sum Technic Sdn Bhd Petaling Jaya - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchasing activities for local projects, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation and costing management.
• Manage procurement activities for import shipments and coordinate closely with suppliers, particularly China-based suppliers.
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, performance monitoring and development of alternative suppliers.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through effective sourcing and negotiation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and project teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth procurement operations.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in purchasing / procurement, preferably in project-based industries.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good commercial and costing awareness.
• Ability to speak and read in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage due to the needs to communicate with China counterparts.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects / priorities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
