Job Description
- To lead and manage the Mechanical team in ensure the smooth running of the project.
- To prepare reports as required by the management on a timely manner, conduct analysis and propose suitable recommendations and solutions for all matters related to the department.
- To plan, organize and carry out projects including design, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
- To plan, schedule and acquire the necessary resources to perform preventive maintenance actions and the major shutdown maintenance within the allowable resources and time limit.
- To ensure spare part inventory and procurement costs is properly managed
- To oversee the utilization and updating of the JDE-CAM (asset management and implementation) system for equipment management, repairs and maintenance activities.
- To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
- To promote and ensure safe work procedure and practices, clean work place and safety regulations and rules.
- To initiate the continuous improvement team to look into process improvement and growth.
Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities) or equivalent.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills and driven.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
