Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, drive performance, and ensure smooth delivery of services while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations and business processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer or business issues.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports and performance metrics.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Operations Management, preferably in a customer service/BPO environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
