Full Time EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in SEATRADE AGENCY SERVICES SDN BHD Taman Molek - Ricebowl

We are looking for a Export Customer Service Assistant to join our logistics and freight forwarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating export shipments, liaising with customers and logistics partners, monitoring vessel schedules, and ensuring all shipping documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate export bookings with shipping lines, co-loaders, hauliers, and other relevant parties.
• Monitor shipment status, vessel schedules, cut-off times, and deadlines to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Follow up and prepare export shipping documents, including Certificate of Origin (CO) and relevant permits, where applicable.
• Liaise closely with shippers, transporters, shipping lines, and other service providers to coordinate shipment arrangements.
• Provide timely updates to customers on shipment progress, particularly for door-to-door shipments.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on shipment-related matters promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure all shipment information and documentation are accurate and properly maintained.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

• Willing to take on additional responsibilities when required, including after-office-hours matters when necessary.
• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with export documentation and shipping procedures will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
