Oversee the post trade processing for securities, fixed income products, listed and OTC derivatives, and other structured products across local and overseas markets, including daily reconciliation of trades and positions.

Resolve discrepancies and issues related to trade settlements and position management in a timely manner.

Collaborate with traders, counterparties, and brokers to ensure timely and accurate trade execution and confirmation.

Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements related to derivatives operations.

Support risk management initiatives by identifying and mitigating operational risks and implementing best practices.

Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to derivatives trading and operations.

Generate and review reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities as required.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in derivatives operations.

Ongoing maintenance of the Standard Operating Procedures.

Work with IT and other departments to implement system enhancements and automation solutions.

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding derivatives operations.

Address and resolve any operational issues or inquiries promptly and professionally.
