EVENT MANAGEMENT INTERN (FEW POSITIONS)

Responsibilities

·         Assist the events team in planning, organizing, and executing various events, including corporate functions, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and community activities.

·         To assist in planning and organizing events from concept to execution.

·         Support event logistics, including venue setup, registration, materials preparation, and coordination with vendors.

·         Help manage guest lists, RSVPs, and on-site check in.

·         Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for event requirements.

·         Assist with marketing activities – creating for event posters, social media updates, and promotional content.

·         Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.

·         Participate in brainstorming sessions for event ideas and engagement strategies.

·         Handle post-event follow-up tasks, including feedback collection and reports.

Requirement

·         Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing Communications, or a related field.

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·         Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

·         Proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player.

·         Willing to work flexible hour during event days

·         Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Internship duration 3-6 months.
