Job Description

Responsibilities

Tax & Client Manager

Location: Singapore

PikoHANA is an advisory-led finance and compliance partner supporting growing companies operating across Asia. We work with clients across accounting, tax, payroll, corporate compliance and finance operations.

We are looking for a Tax & Client Manager to manage a portfolio of clients and take ownership of their Singapore tax compliance requirements.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong Singapore tax experience, sound judgement, a high level of ownership and the ability to work effectively in a growing, technology-enabled firm.

Key Responsibilities

Tax

  • Prepare and review Singapore corporate income tax computations.

  • Manage ECI and Form C-S / Form C preparation and filing.

  • Prepare and review GST returns.

  • Handle withholding tax matters where required.

  • Manage routine IRAS queries and correspondence.

  • Monitor filing deadlines and ensure compliance obligations are completed accurately and on time.

  • Identify matters requiring specialist advice and escalate appropriately.

Client & Portfolio Management

  • Manage a portfolio of clients as a key day-to-day contact.

  • Understand each client's business, structure and compliance requirements.

  • Communicate clearly on information requirements, deadlines, issues and next steps.

  • Follow through on outstanding matters through to resolution.

  • Coordinate with PikoHANA's accounting, corporate secretarial, payroll and finance teams.

  • Maintain accurate client records and working papers.

  • Identify risks or delays early and take appropriate action.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong practical experience in Singapore corporate income tax compliance.

  • Hands-on experience with tax computations, ECI and Form C-S / Form C.

  • Good working knowledge of Singapore GST.

  • Experience dealing with IRAS.

  • Experience managing multiple clients or engagements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable dealing directly with clients.

  • Organised and able to manage deadlines independently.

  • Good judgement and attention to detail.

  • Strong ownership and accountability.

How You Work

We value people who are:

  • Open-minded and adaptable — willing to challenge existing ways of working and consider better approaches.

  • Technology comfortable — confident learning and using new systems, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve how work gets done.

  • Constructive and collaborative — able to work well with colleagues, share information and contribute positively to the team.

  • Solutions-oriented — willing to work through problems rather than simply escalate them.

  • Receptive to feedback — able to give and receive feedback professionally and use it to improve.

  • Proactive and dependable — communicating early when something is at risk and following through on commitments.

Qualifications

Relevant professional qualifications such as SCTP, CA Singapore, ACCA or equivalent are advantageous but not mandatory.

Practical Singapore tax experience and demonstrated capability are more important than accreditation alone.

Suitable candidates will typically have 4–8 years of relevant experience, although capability and fit will be considered over years of service.
