Job Description:
- Manage Company / project QMS and ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards.
- Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented across cross functional teams.
- Oversee QMS documentation including Quality Manual, procedures etc.,
- Plan, coordinate, and support internal, external, supplier quality audits.
- Ensure audit findings are documented, addressed and closed in timely manner.
- Coordinate with client, vendor, certification bodies for QMS audits.
- Perform project specific internal, vendor and supplier audits.
- Lead management of non-conformance related to process, products
- Drive CAPA investigations and problem-solving strategies.
- Quality improvement program monitoring and follow up.
- Yard and project Quality KPI monitoring, trend analysis and reporting to management.
- Process, project related risk assessment and monitoring.
- Degree in Engineering with ISO 9001 Lead auditor certification
- 10 years' experience in managing QA functions in EPC projects/fabrication yards.
