We’re looking for a Junior Sales to join our team!

As an HRD Corp Training Provider, we work with companies across Malaysia to provide professional training, consultation, team-building, and corporate development solutions.

Position: Junior Sales

Location: Penang

Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Reach out to potential corporate clients and introduce our training solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable training programmes
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
• Work closely with our training and operations team to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• SPM or Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
• Comfortable communicating with corporate clients
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required
