Location: Pasir Panjang

Duration: 12 Months

Salary: Up to $2,800/mth

Responsibilities


Assist in the administration
of grant and claims processes, including:
Reviewing supporting
documents submitted by companies
Verifying eligibility
requirements and compliance criteria
Following up with
stakeholders to obtain necessary information and documentation

Support the planning and
execution of industry engagement events by:
Preparing and distributing
electronic mailers (EDMs)
Coordinating communications
with attendees before and after events
Compiling event feedback and
survey results for reporting purposes

Maintain and update project
databases, including:
Data entry of company
information
Tracking attendance and
participation records
Monitoring project
milestones and progress updates

Provide support for meetings
with industry partners and stakeholders by:
Conducting desktop research
on companies and relevant sectors
Preparing meeting briefs,
reports, and administrative materials
Assisting with scheduling
and coordination activities




Requirements


Diploma qualification in any
discipline
Preferably at least 3 years
of working experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination
role
Strong attention to detail
with a methodical and process-driven approach to work
Proficient in Microsoft
Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
