Job Responsibility

Manage quality assurance activities for raw materials, in-process controls, and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Support the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety & Quality Management System in accordance with relevant standards and Tyson Foods Malaysia requirements.

Coordinate and support the supplier quality management program, including supplier evaluation, approval, auditing, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Conduct supplier audits and assessments, review supplier documentation (COA, specifications, allergen declarations), and ensure compliance prior to material approval.

Ensure incoming raw materials and packaging materials meet quality and food safety standards before release for production use.

Monitor daily production activities to ensure products meet quality specifications and process control requirements.

Investigate food safety and quality issues, including supplier-related non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions with internal teams and suppliers.

Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.

Conduct internal audits, GMP inspections, and plant reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Support key Food Safety & Quality programs such as FSQ Culture, allergen management, pest control, sanitation, and traceability.

Qualification/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a science Field or any related field.
• Preferably, candidates with work experience in the FMCG industry; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
