Job Descriptions

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation activties in the commerical and residential sectors, including but not limited to Tiles, Timber Flooring, Sanitaryware and Kitchen Cabinets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and project managers

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales proposals, quotations and product specifications tailored to client requirements

• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure competitive positioning and profitability

• Execute and manage sales and works contract with project team

• Coordinate with team to provide exceptional after sales services

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• 2-3 years experiences, preferably in building materials

• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage

• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently

• Immediate available is preferred
