Job Description

Responsibilities

Program Planning, Development & Delivery

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver capacity-building programmes aligned with IOSCO priorities and members' needs.
  • Develop programmeconcepts, agendas, background papers and learning materials tailored to emerging regulatory priorities.
  • Coordinate programmelogistics and technical arrangements, including speakers, moderators, venues, technology platforms and participant administration.
  • Ensure programmes are delivered professionally across physical, hybrid and virtual formats.


Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination

  • Engage with the IOSCO Secretariat and member regulators to identify and assess capacity-building needs.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with regulators, speakers, partner organisations and the host authority (SC Malaysia).
  • Handle enquiries relating to the Hub's programmes and activities, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Support post-programme engagement and identify opportunities for future collaboration.


Programme Reporting, Knowledge Management & Institutional Support

  • Prepare timely post-programme reports, key takeaways, and knowledge products.
  • Conduct research and provide technical inputs to support programme development and emerging IOSCO priorities.
  • Contribute to monitoring and evaluation, institutional reporting and knowledge management.
  • Support relationship-building with secondees, visiting experts and strategic partners.


Operational, Administrative & Finance Coordination

  • Coordinate administrative arrangements supporting programme delivery and the Hub's day-to-day operations, including travel, meetings and documentation.
  • Manage administrative matters relating to secondees, including Professional Visit Pass applications and renewals.
  • Liaise with the company secretary, auditors, CCM and other external parties on statutory and administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate vendor payments, procurement documentation and finance-related matters with the SC’s Finance Division.
  • Maintain accurate operational, procurement and regulatory records.


Professional Judgement & Other Duties

  • Exercise sound professional judgement in anticipating issues, identifying risks and recommending practical solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of programmes, operational processes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the Hub's operational effectiveness and capacity-building objectives.
