KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

LEAD OPERATIONS

Oversee daily store operations, ensure standards

compliance and drive operational excellence across 35 outlets.

ACHIEVE FINANCIAL RESULTS

Monitor performance, manage costs, drive sales growth, ensure cash integrity and meet KPI targets.

DEVELOP & EMPOWER TEAMS

Lead, coach and develop Area Managers and store teams to build a high-performing and engaged culture.

DRIVE PERFORMANCE & COMPLIANCE

Ensure company policies, systems and training (BEN & OPG) are implemented, monitored and achieve required KPI's.

COLLABORATE & COMMUNICATE

Work closely with operations and support teams, communicate effectively and ensure a positive Boost Vibe.

ENSURE SAFETY & FACILITIES STANDARDS

Uphold safety, preventive maintenance and ensure outlets and equipment meet Boost standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Advanced / Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years and above as Area Manager/
• Assistant Operation Manager in F&B industry.
• Proven experience managing a cluster / area of F&B outlets is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written & spoken English).
• Strong organizational skills to maintain operations
• records.
• Strong communications skills to all levels - Operations Manager, Upper Management, Support Centre, staff and customers.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
• Ability to identify areas of improvement and develop & implement process improvements and SOPs.
• Ability to build, lead & manage a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
