WE ARE HIRING – PART-TIME RECRUITER

Location: Ipoh, Perak
Position: Part-Time Recruiter
Allowance: RM400/month + Placement Incentive
Working Arrangement: 2 days per week at the office (Monday & Friday only)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals and social media.
• Post and promote job vacancies.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates and conduct basic candidate screening.
• Submit suitable resumes to clients.
• Arrange interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Monitor and update candidate status and recruitment progress.

REQUIREMENTS

• Interested in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using social media and job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates and students with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

EXPECTED TARGET

• Consistently source and submit suitable candidates.
• Arrange qualified candidates for interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in achieving successful placements.
