Customer Service Officer (Order Management)

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.


Join a leading Marine & Shipping company and play a key role in managing the complete Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process for customers in Singapore. You'll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment while delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process, from order receipt through successful delivery.
  • Process customer orders and monitor order status to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with customers, Sales, Global Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to resolve order, delivery, and supply-related issues.
  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, delivery schedules, surcharges, and order status.
  • Support the Sales team by executing approved pricing, supply arrangements, and payment terms for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare delivery documentation to support invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Order Management / Order-to-Delivery (OTD) experience in a B2B environment.
  • Must have experience in the Oil & Gas, Marine, Shipping, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Proven experience coordinating with customers, Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Diploma or Degree holder.


Additional Information

  • Full onsite for the first 3 months for training and transition, followed by a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite) upon successful onboarding.
  • Company shuttle service is available from selected pickup points.
