Robotics, AI & Coding Teacher

The Lab Education Centre is looking for enthusiastic and passionate teachers to join our team and teach children aged 5–9 years old in Robotics, AI and Coding.

You do not need to have a technical or coding background. We provide comprehensive training and teaching resources to help you become confident in delivering our programmes.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, can inspire young learners, and wants to make technology fun, engaging and meaningful.

What You Will Do

• Teach Robotics, AI and Coding programmes to children aged 5–9 years old.
• Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons using our robotics and coding platforms.
• Create a fun, positive and encouraging classroom environment.
• Guide students through projects, activities and challenges.
• Encourage children to think creatively, solve problems and explore new ideas.
• Build positive relationships with students and motivate them to learn.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged throughout the lesson.
• Follow The Lab's curriculum, lesson plans and teaching methodology.
• Provide feedback on students' progress and participation.
• Participate in teacher training, team meetings and school events when required.

Technical Experience Is NOT Required

You do not need to know how to code or have a robotics background.

We provide:

Working Schedule

5-day work week

• 3 weekdays
• 2 weekend days
• Working hours will include afternoon/evening classes on weekdays and daytime classes on weekends.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends as our classes and programmes are primarily conducted during these periods.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Prior teaching, tutoring, enrichment or childcare experience is an advantage.

• Able to commit to a 5-day work week, including 3 weekdays and 2 weekends.
