WE ARE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE (SEPTEMBER INTAKE)

Location: Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri
Position: Customer Service
September Intake – Candidates Able to Start in September Are Preferred
Working Hours: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 6 Days Working
Minimum Qualification: SPM

SALARY:

• English: RM2,000 – RM3,000
• Mandarin + Cantonese: RM3,000 – RM4,000

JOB SCOPE

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels
• Assist customers with product, service, account, and general enquiries
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution
• Record and update customer information and interactions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and KPIs

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

Malaysian candidates
Minimum SPM qualification
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Customer service experience is an advantage
Good communication skills
Able to communicate well in English / Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin + Cantonese speakers are highly preferred for the higher salary tier
Comfortable working in a 24-hour rotational shift environment
Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays according to the roster
Able to start work in September 2026 is preferred
Responsible, patient, positive, and customer-oriented
Able to work under pressure and meet performance targets
