• Maintain production records, including daily output, material usage and downtime.
• Prepare work orders and update production data in the ERP system.
• Monitor WIP status and coordinate with production teams for timely updates.
• Assist with inventory control, including material issuance, receiving and returns.
• Coordinate material flow with QC, Warehouse and Engineering to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage production tools and consumables, including system requests, receiving, stock-in and issuance.
• Handle emergency purchases and expense reimbursement applications.
• Maintain and organize production documents for traceability and audit compliance.
• Assist the Production Manager with staff communication, translation, scheduling, attendance and reporting.
• Ensure production documents comply with SOPs and relevant requirements.
• Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to support communication with relevant stakeholders
• Fluent in Mandarin, with good communication skills in English
• Fresh graduates with production internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and be able to coordinate and cooperate with various departments.
• Willing to work overtime in accordance with production schedules

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
