Job Description:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure that construction work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, and progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Manage and resolve site issues, technical problems, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and other necessary documentation.
• Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing construction sites.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Familiar with local building codes and project management tools.
