Job Summary

You will provide general support while applying knowledge of UBS and proficiency in Excel and Word to complete tasks efficiently within a 5-day workweek, 9 am to 6 pm.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of UBS software to perform daily operational tasks accurately and support team functions
• Use Excel to organize, analyze, and present data clearly to meet team requirements
• Utilize Word to create, edit, and format documents professionally for internal and external use
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain consistent productivity during working hours
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and contribute to team goals
• Provide general administrative and operational support to maintain smooth workflow and office efficiency

• Work schedule: 5 days a week, 9 am to 6 pm
