Job Summary

Join Grade Solution as a Math teacher delivering engaging online lessons for Primary and Secondary levels. Use your expertise to foster student growth, leverage EdTech tools, and contribute to a supportive, innovative learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective online Math lessons for Primary and Secondary levels, including Additional Math, aligned with the Singapore syllabus
• Manage virtual class sizes of 10-20+ students on Zoom, maintaining discipline and fostering a nurturing learning atmosphere
• Communicate clearly and effectively with students to explain concepts, address misconceptions, and reinforce learning
• Demonstrate dependability and responsibility by preparing lessons, meeting schedules, and supporting student progress consistently
• Balance firmness and nurturing in classroom management to motivate and guide students toward academic success
• Collaborate with the team to integrate AI and EdTech tools that identify learning gaps and personalize instruction
• Participate in assessments including a test, mock lesson, and interview as part of the selection process
• Commit to working 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, adhering to scheduled hours (Weekdays 1pm–9pm; Weekends 8:30am–4:30pm)

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven ability to teach both Primary and Secondary Math levels, including Additional Math, following the Singapore syllabus

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience or passion for using EdTech, AI, or machine learning to enhance student learning experiences
• Growth mindset and resilience to handle challenges in a fast-paced, evolving educational environment

Other Information

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 1pm to 9pm
• Saturdays and Sundays: 8:30am to 4:30pm

Salary Range: $4500 to $6000 per month (Profit sharing incentive available, subject to performance)

Selection Process: Candidates must complete a test via email, followed by a mock lesson and interview.
