• Responsible for the company's daily accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and related financial data.
• Responsible for reviewing and recording invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reimbursements.
• Assist with monthly and annual closing and auditing work.
• Handle GST filing and related financial compliance work.
• Maintain the accounting system and financial files to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts.
• Assist in managing cash flow and the company's daily financial budget.
• Communicate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to resolve accounting issues.

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
