Role Description

We're looking for a trend-savvy intern to support our influencer marketing and content team. You'll work across Tiktok + Social Media of brand Swissvita —helping us source creators, coordinate campaigns, and create content that connects with our audience. 

Key Responsibilities

A. KOL Research & Campaign Support

• Research & Database – Source and filter KOLs by audience fit, engagement, and style.
• Coordination – Manage track deliveries, monitor KOL posting deadlines.
• Brief Support – Assist in creating campaign briefs and mood boards.

B. Content Creation Support

• Assist in filming and editing short-form videos (Reels & clips).
• Create simple graphics using Canva or CapCut.
• Publish content on the brand's own Instagram and social media accounts.
• Assist in Video-Making & Content Creation.

C. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Collect basic campaign metrics (reach, engagement, saves, clicks).
• Track performance separately for Social Media and Tiktok.
• Monitor competitor activity on both platforms.
• Bring fresh content ideas to the team regularly.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Passionate about influencer marketing and social media trends.
• Active user of Social Media and Tiktok.
• Familiar with content tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe (bonus).
• Good written English (Bahasa Malaysia and English is a strong plus).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Able to commit at least 3 months.
