Digital A Plus Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Medical Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development of high-quality medical and scientific content for a range of projects, including promotional materials, educational resources, and regulatory documents. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical experts, project managers, and clients, primarily within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Location: 1 Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

Work Hours: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scientific content and provide creative solutions to the production team, leveraging your medical knowledge.
• Advise and collaborate with the production team and external consultants on content-related matters.
• Review all medical content before client delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Effectively manage project timelines, dependencies, and communications, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
• Conduct project reviews and postmortems to assess success and suggest improvements.
• Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, and maintain strong relationships.
• Promote quality policies and customer requirements within the organization.
• Expand the network of Health Care Professionals (HCP) programs and keep management updated on progress.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field; a Master’s or higher degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret and present complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner.
• Familiarity with medical writing guidelines and industry standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reference management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in medical writing or a related field is an advantage but not required.
