ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Business Development Executive to be part of the team behind OSIM’s roadshows, retail activations and outlet projects across Singapore.
From securing roadshow spaces and coordinating exciting activations, to supporting outlet operations and renovation projects, you’ll get hands-on exposure across different areas of the retail business.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, mall partners, contractors and vendors to bring projects smoothly from planning to execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, coordination, problem-solving and bringing ideas to life in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do
1. Roadshows & Activations
- Plan and coordinate monthly roadshows across Singapore.
- Liaise with malls to secure suitable spaces and marketing support.
- Work with Sales, Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams on layouts, product focus and activations.
- Coordinate setup, logistics, permits, safety documents and operational requirements.
- Manage roadshow budgets, sales targets, expenses and post-event reporting.
- Coordinate mall partnerships, sponsorships and prize fulfilment where required.
2. Retail Operations
- Support the day-to-day operational needs of OSIM outlets and counters.
- Coordinate bank/payment terminals and other outlet operational equipment.
- Procure and replenish operational supplies for outlets and roadshows, such as shoe boxes, tea leaves, consumables and display items.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure operational requirements are fulfilled smoothly.
- Support administrative matters including quotations, purchase orders, payments and documentation.
3. Outlet Projects
- Support new outlet openings, renovations, relocations and reinstatement works.
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising / Design team on layouts and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, mall management and vendors on renovation timelines and site requirements.
- Support site inspections, documentation and outlet opening readiness.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Events or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
- Organised, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Good communication, coordination and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate well with different teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
